We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to play a key role in ensuring customers needs are met while delivering an outstanding customer experience
Job Responsibility:
Handle customer inquiries and process orders in a local site or branch environment
Manage account setup, pricing, order entry, and resolve queries
Raise credit notes and manual invoices, adhering to procedures
Handling phone and email orders from business clients
Accurate order entry and processing
Responding to invoicing queries and managing complaints professionally
Carrying out basic banking tasks and credit control
Completing spreadsheets using Google Sheets
Filing delivery notes and compliance documentation
Working out VAT and discounts at various rates
Process payments, reconcile banking, and calculate commission payments
Provide rapid resolution to issues and escalate when needed
Develop strong, long-term relationships with customers and agents to understand their needs
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar office-based admin or sales support role
Strong English comprehension and communication skills (written and verbal)
Good numeracy and attention to detail - especially when working with VAT, discounts, and banking
Comfortable using Google Sheets or similar spreadsheet tools
Professional and polite manner when dealing with the occasional in-person customer
