Job Description:

Temporary Customer Service Administrator position providing essential support across customer service channels for a manufacturing organization

Job Responsibility:

  • Responding to customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, and refunds via email and phone
  • Processing blocked internet orders and refunds using SAP
  • Managing returns, exchanges, and refund requests
  • Handling purchase orders
  • Liaising with the head office to resolve consumer issues
  • Organising customer samples for sales and marketing teams
  • Arranging DPD collections and deliveries, tracking parcels, and processing claims
  • Receiving deliveries and booking in orders, spare parts, and discontinued stock
  • Supporting stock take activities

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach
  • Previous experience in customer service or order processing
  • SAP knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Nice to have:

SAP knowledge
