Job Responsibility
Commercial Client Support: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for retail partners, providing helpful, solution-focused assistance over the phone and via email
Order Management: Accurately enter and process commercial customer orders into internal systems, ensuring precision and efficiency during peak distribution times
Proactive Problem Solving: Investigate queries regarding stock and logistics, partnering closely with warehouse and transport teams to deliver rapid solutions
Claims Resolution: Efficiently manage transit discrepancies and delivery claims, tracking issues through to a positive customer outcome
System Optimisation: Utilise advanced CRM software (such as Salesforce) and Excel to manage client data and maintain highly accurate account logs
Requirements
2 years experience
