Customer Service Administrator

• Answer incoming calls and address customer queries with professionalism and care
• Check the status of consignments and keep customers updated on their deliveries
• Make outbound calls to schedule deliveries for homes and businesses
• Maintain regular communication with our customer base, ensuring they feel valued
• Share updates on offers and promotions to enhance customer engagement
• Provide the highest level of service by assisting with inquiries related to deliveries and collections
• Escalate any significant customer service issues to the Customer Service Manager as needed
• Perform data entry for new jobs into the system accurately and efficiently

• Previous experience in a customer service role (Logistics experience would be desired)
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
