We are a Power steering specialist based in Bristol and we are looking to add to our growing team. We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Phone Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact with potential customers, making outbound calls, answering enquiries and closing sales. You'll play a key role in driving revenue and building lasting customer relationships. The role involves administrative duties as well as answering the telephone, welcoming and engaging with customers. Normal working days are Monday-Friday, working hours would be 8.30 - 5.30 daily. You would be working with a team made up of 12 people, three of them would be office based with you. Each person within the office has a different role and day to day duties but all staff are phone based and have customer support lead roles.
Job Responsibility:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads
Clearly communicate product/service benefits to customers
Build rapport and develop strong customer relationships
Keep records of calls and sales and enter information accurately into our systems
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies and processes
