Job Description:

A temporary Customer Service Administrator role is available in Bridgwater, Somerset. The position involves providing outstanding customer care, processing orders, managing stock, responding to communications, and handling administrative duties. It is a full-time, temporary contract for at least 3 months with hourly pay of £12.68 and includes various employee benefits.

Job Responsibility:

Answering calls and assisting customers with their queries
Processing orders through the system and sending order confirmations
Updating customer account details accurately
Stock management
Dispatch orders to customers expected timescales
Responding promptly to emails
Completing filing and scanning tasks
Undertaking additional administrative duties to ensure smooth operation within the department

Requirements:

Confident and polite telephone manner
Upbeat and positive attitude
Strong IT skills
High work ethic, excelling in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional customer care skills and willingness to go the extra mile
