Job Responsibility:

  • Job Allocation & Workflow: Triage jobs, manage escalations, monitor PPM/Extra Works, ensure RAMS compliance
  • System Management: Update job statuses and purchase orders in Clik
  • Quotation Management: Prepare, submit, and chase quotes
  • coordinate amendments
  • Portal Management: Oversee job progression across client portals and MCAP tasks
  • Reporting & Compliance: Weekly KPI reporting
  • maintain contractual and H&S compliance
  • Financial Administration: Resolve invoice queries with finance and operations teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Customer Service/Administration or a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, customer satisfaction is key
  • A proactive approach to identifying client needs and offering innovative solutions
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

Nice to have:

A construction back ground would be an advantage
