Job Responsibility:
First point of contact for customer and engineer enquiries
Handle queries quickly and professionally
Create and update jobs on the CRM system
Schedule engineers and plan daily routes
Keep job statuses accurate and up to date
Deliver excellent service throughout the customer journey
Build and maintain customer relationships
Liaise with internal departments to support workflow
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience
Experience scheduling engineers (advantageous, not essential)
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
