Job Responsibility:
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and website
Providing accurate information about products and inputting orders
Resolving customer issues efficiently and professionally
Maintaining customer records with meticulous attention to detail
Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery regarding orders, freight and delivery
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service and administration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and problem-solving approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Nice to have:
Languages would be a benefit, but not essential!
