Job Description:

Temporary Customer Service Administrator to support the Customers & Credits team in a vibrant retail environment on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre

Job Responsibility:

  • Amending customer orders with precision
  • Raising collections and processing refunds
  • Responding to email inquiries regarding refunds promptly (target 8-10 an hour)
  • Uploading tickets onto portal for efficient tracking
  • Following up with customers via email to confirm actions taken

Requirements:

  • Friendly communicator with clear and concise email correspondence
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to handle administrative tasks efficiently
  • Quick to adapt in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service and support
