We're looking for a proactive and friendly Customer Service Administrator to be the welcoming face and voice for our client - a leading player in the manufacturing industry. As the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and stakeholders, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression.
Job Responsibility:
Delivering first-class customer care via phone, email, and in person
Supporting the CRM and Office Managers with customer enquiries and complaints
Keeping up to date with product changes and ensuring accurate information is shared
Accurately updating information in the CRM system
Requirements:
A natural flair for customer service and communication
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently
Previous experience in a customer-facing role
