Job Description:

Customer Service Administrator - Hackney, London. Join our vibrant team at a socially-driven start-up that's changing the way we think about health and people living with dementia. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our clients receive exceptional support, reporting directly to the Ecommerce Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email (mostly email based)
Address and resolve customer complaints, logging feedback for continuous improvement
Process returns, refunds, and replacements efficiently
Maintain high customer satisfaction while balancing company policies
Channel B2B partnership inquiries to the relevant team members
Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and reduce avoidable inquiries
Stay flexible and ready to assist in other areas of the business as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service role within an e-commerce setting
Familiarity with customer service tools like Zendesk, Shopify, and Google Sheets
A genuine love for helping others and making a positive impact
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
Highly organised with a methodical approach to tasks
Comfortable learning new technologies and solving problems independently
