Job Description:

Temporary role starting immediately with potential to become permanent. Working for a successful company experiencing business growth and expansion. Looking for confident communicators with strong telephone manner.

Job Responsibility:

Answering inbound Customer Service calls
Processing sales orders
Answering product queries
Responding to web enquiries, including processing web orders
Resolving invoice and account enquiries
Liaising with couriers via telephone and website on outgoing and incoming deliveries
Coordinating returns and refunds
Answering webchat enquiries
Processing incoming payments, managing refunds, cheque processing

Requirements:

Experience in a Customer Service focused role
Strong communication skills
Good IT skills to learn new systems
A team player with a can-do attitude
