Customer Service Administrator

• Processing customer orders from start to finish, including entering orders and invoicing
• Providing support to internal and external Account Managers across all product lines
• Keeping customers updated and handling day-to-day questions and clarifications
• Following up on open orders, payments or any outstanding issues
• Working closely with Business Development Managers and the Logistics team to ensure smooth operations
• Maintaining a professional and helpful approach to enhance the customer experience

• More than 6 months experience in a customer service administrative role
• Specific industry experience is preferred (but not essential)
• Candidates MUST drive and have access to a car for commuting purposes
• Proven ability to stay calm, professional and focused when things get busy
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping people
• High level of attention to detail and a care for getting things right
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle several tasks at once
• Reliable and comfortable working within a structured, service-focused environment
• Must be able to commit to a 9-month fixed-term contract

• Competitive Salary: £26,000 per annum pro rata
