Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our automotive client based in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and email
  • Handle incoming calls and assist with customer queries
  • Prepare accurate quotes and pricing information
  • Book appointments and process new orders
  • Support with bookkeeping tasks
  • Check deliveries and manage credit notes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service and administration
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in accounts or bookkeeping is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
