Job Description:

Customer Service Administrator role with hybrid work arrangement (primarily work from home after initial training). The position involves nurturing customer relationships, handling inquiries, preparing quotations, communicating order statuses, managing inbound calls, and collecting customer feedback.

Job Responsibility:

  • Nurture Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong connections with both new and existing customers
  • Handle Enquiries Efficiently: Manage incoming inquiries via a centralised mailbox, providing prompt and accurate responses
  • Prepare Quotations: Issue accurate quotations to customers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines
  • Communicate with Customers: Keep customers informed about lead times, updates, and order statuses
  • Manage Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing queries, tracking orders, and managing parts/returns
  • Collect Customer Feedback: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our services and products
