An extremely well-established and successful business in Addlestone is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join its team. This is a full-time, permanent role for a strong all-rounder who is organised, proactive and confident handling a varied workload. This position would suit someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, providing excellent customer service and supporting the day-to-day administration of a busy office.
Job Responsibility:
Handling a wide range of administration duties
Acting as a main point of contact for customer and client queries
Coordinating day-to-day office activity and keeping things running efficiently
Managing emails, calls, paperwork and internal systems
Liaising with suppliers, contractors and third parties where needed
Keeping records accurate and up to date
Providing general support across the business
Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a varied administration, office support or customer service role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, dependable and able to use your own initiative
Comfortable managing different tasks and priorities
Strong IT skills and able to pick up internal systems quickly
