Job Description

The Customer Service Administrator, known internally as a Valuation Manager, at Move With Us (part of Simplify) works as part of a busy and friendly Developer team. With full training provided, you’ll be tasked with liaising with estate agents, writing valuation reports, and supporting the wider team in a busy Customer Service role. This role can be incredibly rewarding, both from a financial and personal perspective. You’ll be able to earn uncapped commission and work with a cohesive and tightly knit team. There is also a clear career path within the team for those who are ambitious, perform strongly, and wish to progress.

Job Responsibility

  • Working with estate agents to compare properties, review figures and perform market appraisals
  • Completing Valuation reports quickly and accurately
  • Obtaining availability and property details from customers and arranging for estate agents to value their property

Requirements

  • Good with people
  • Calm under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
  • Target driven
  • Ideally prior knowledge or experience of working within the property sector
  • Well honed customer service skills
  • Personable yet professional manner
