The Customer Service Administrator, known internally as a Valuation Manager, at Move With Us (part of Simplify) works as part of a busy and friendly Developer team. With full training provided, you’ll be tasked with liaising with estate agents, writing valuation reports, and supporting the wider team in a busy Customer Service role. This role can be incredibly rewarding, both from a financial and personal perspective. You’ll be able to earn uncapped commission and work with a cohesive and tightly knit team. There is also a clear career path within the team for those who are ambitious, perform strongly, and wish to progress.
Job Responsibility:
Working with estate agents to compare properties, review figures and perform market appraisals
Completing Valuation reports quickly and accurately
Obtaining availability and property details from customers and arranging for estate agents to value their property
Liaising with estate agents
writing valuation reports
supporting the wider team in a busy Customer Service role
Requirements:
Good with people
calm under pressure whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
target driven
prior knowledge or experience of working within the property sector (ideally, but prepared to train the right person from scratch)
