Our client a privately owned, fast growing local agricultural company seeking an administrator who thrives in a team environment. This is a role which is constantly evolving and no two days are the same. The candidate will be providing excellent customer service to customers and suppliers whilst supporting with all associated paperwork.
Job Responsibility:
Provide day-to-day general customer services and administrative support for the business
Answering telephone and actioning emails promptly and efficiently
Take orders from sales team and customers
Help set up new customer accounts and keep records updated
Manage customer orders on relevant systems
Liaising with third party suppliers
Ensure order details are sent promptly and accurately to relevant supplier/manufacturing facility
Set up and maintain products on relevant systems
Work with sales reps to set up new product formulations
Assist Transport Manager in absence of Transport Coordinator
Ensure all deliveries are suitably typed on transport planner
Provide relevant paperwork to drivers in timely manner
Liaising with drivers
Requirements:
To provide first class customer service
Good telephone manner with ability to listen carefully and communicate clearly and concisely
Accuracy and keen eye for attention to detail
Good organisational skills
Solid IT skills with good working knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software
Ability to work within a team and individually
Nice to have:
Enthusiasm for working in a busy environment
Positive attitude
Flexibility to provide job cover for colleagues as required
