Job Responsibility:
Acting as the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, providing exceptional customer service
Supporting general office administration tasks including accurate data entry
Assisting with scheduling, coordination, and general office duties
Providing administrative support to senior managers
Working in line with business priorities and KPIs to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar customer service or administrative role
Bright, enthusiastic personality with a professional phone manner
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in an industrial/logistics-based environment
Experience in invoicing, reconciliation, or a finance-related background is highly regarded
