Job Description

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to both our clients and internal teams. You will be working closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the running of the Customer Experience and Dispatch team
  • Request and manage itinerary information from suppliers
  • Handle general customer ticketing queries efficiently
  • Allocate and distribute tickets, preparing guest packs as needed
  • Ensure all client information is accurately logged and updated
  • Manage customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and feedback
  • Protect guest data in compliance with information security policies

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Confidence and professionalism in customer interactions
  • Experience in a fast-paced dispatch or courier environment is a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Coordinate access arrangements between customers and contractors
  • Run weekly reports of outstanding defects for review
  • Schedule follow-up calls with customers and management
  • Submit details to out-of-hours service upon completion
  • Escalate major issues to the Customer Service Manager
