Xpert Resourcing are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join an interesting business based close to Waterbeach, initially this role is for 3 months with the possibility of moving into a permanent role. The role is hybrid with 2 days working from home (after initial training) and is focused on providing outstanding customer support and service. Starting at 8am and finishing at 4pm Monday to Friday, this is a great role for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Job Responsibility:
Working closely with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Liaising with customers via website enquiries and over the phone
Dealing with complaints and queries
Providing administrative support to the team
Updating the database with detailed notes of customer interactions
Assist with order processing when necessary.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Ability to write accurate and professional emails
Be able to liaise with all departments and teams.
