Job Description:

Temporary Customer Service Administrator role supporting a well-established and collaborative team based in Airdrie. The position involves processing orders, maintaining online systems, customer coordination, and general administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Processing orders made online and over the phone
  • Updating and maintaining the online system
  • Contacting customers via phone calls and emails to coordinate deliveries
  • Manage the general inbox and respond to any queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • A supportive team player with great communication skills
  • Access to your own transportation due to location
