Job Responsibility:
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and update customer and sales records
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow
Support the sales team with administrative duties and meeting arrangements
Assist with creating simple promotional materials or presentations when required
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service where the customer has been the priority
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
Confident using Microsoft Office and keen to learn CRM systems
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to develop within the role
