Job Responsibility:
Answering calls and helping people with their queries like a pro
Logging helpdesk requests and making sure nothing slips through the cracks
Coordinating engineers and contractors to get things fixed-fast!
Keeping clients in the loop and making sure they're smiling
Creating reports, quotes, and keeping everything running like clockwork
Using your initiative to solve problems and escalate when needed
Requirements:
Experience in a facilities or FM helpdesk role (not essential)
Top-notch communication skills-written and spoken
Confident with Microsoft Office and Teams
A team player who can also fly solo when needed
A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a love for helping others
