Job Description:

Customer Service Administrator role supporting the Service & Delivery business function, responsible for managing key account customers and collaborating with the Senior Support Team for public sector clients to ensure top-notch customer service is upheld in the automotive industry.

Job Responsibility:

Process quotations and orders accurately in the Sales master system
Ensure all details (invoice, registration address) are correct and meet requirements
Provide timely customer updates and reports
Manage stock offerings and packs to ensure prompt delivery
Coordinate delivery calls, bookings, and transport instructions
Upload necessary paperwork for debtor processes to maintain clear visibility of invoice pricing

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Strong numeracy and literacy skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent planning and organising abilities
