This exciting Customer Service Administrator role joins the Customer Service Team in delivering customer service excellence to our clients, effectively managing any situation to ensure solutions are delivered to our valuable customers.
Job Responsibility:
Ensure all customer queries and enquiries are dealt with effectively and in a timely manner
Ensure customers are kept informed of any delays or developments
Load customer bookings on to the FleetPlus system accurately
Ensure all data on FleetPlus and other external systems is kept up to date
Create daily transport/performance reports and distribute within deadlines
Liaise and support the Transport Allocations team
Communicate directly with drivers where necessary
Assist with customer pre-calls
Contribute to the achievement of transport key performance indicators
