Job Responsibility:

Answering customer calls and emails with a friendly and professional demeanour
Updating customer debit details in the Stripe system
Chasing customers for bounced debit payments, ensuring smooth transactions
Maintaining accurate records and updating the system with correct details
Providing additional support to customers when needed
