Job Description:

This is a pivotal position within the business, responsible for managing incoming enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless client journey from start to finish. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and play a key part in maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Process orders accurately in line with company procedures
