Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Account Manager to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing orders, coordinating logistics, and maintaining clear communication with clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring all requirements are met and promptly communicating updates to clients
  • Arrange transportation that aligns with customers’ delivery expectations and timelines
  • Prepare and complete invoices and customs documentation for orders, ensuring timely delivery of paperwork to customers
  • Maintain effective communication with assigned accounts, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Update and manage order tracking systems, providing regular updates on shipment status until delivery is complete
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Handle additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in customer service or logistics, with international shipment experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage processes and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness, and a customer-focused mindset
  • Comfortable communicating directly with all levels of management
  • Fluency in Spanish or a willingness to learn is considered a plus
