Job Description:

Robert Half Administrative, Customer Support, and Human Resources is actively recruiting for Customer Service and Account Management roles in Chattanooga and North Georgia. These positions are 100% onsite, in partnership with respected employers across a variety of leading local industries.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree is a huge plus
  • Proficiency with MS 365 or Google Suites
  • Strong tenure and reliability in past positions
  • Must undergo criminal background screening
  • Must undergo drug screening
  • Must provide positive references from past employment

  • Regularly update after-hours service details and add new customer locations and company details into Service Trade software
  • Collaborate effectively with the team to support the management of accounts and the delivery of high-quality service to customers
