Job Description

Part-Time 25 hours per week. Monday, Thursday, Friday 2:15pm - 7:15pm. Saturday & Sunday 10am - 3pm. Are you ready to be the welcoming voice and helping hand that brings holiday dreams to life? Job Responsibility

  • Handle customer inquiries and sales through Live Chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and ticketing systems
  • Promote and sell holiday packages, memberships, and additional services, consistently identifying opportunities to cross and up-sell
  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers, resolving issues and answering queries
  • Manage ticketing system for callbacks and following up with customers as required
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve services and sales processes
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the holiday or travel industry with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong familiarity with digital communication platforms such as Live Chat, WhatsApp, and SMS
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and ticketing software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
