Job Responsibility

Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their trailer requirements
Provide expert guidance and product knowledge to assist customers in selecting the ideal trailer for their needs
Maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Are you legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time or permanent basis?
Do you currently have a valid Missouri driver's license?
Do you have your own transportation to and from work?
Are you able to bend, stoop, kneel, climb, or lift 50lbs?
