Job Description

Within our Direct Sales Team, we have roles covering new business and account management. As a Customer Sales Executive, you will be provided with ongoing training and support to work on both reactive and proactive sales campaigns in-line with our sales strategies for new business. Account management roles will be provided support and training based on growth, retention and threats to business. Our team cover our full range of products and services, delivered to both new and existing customers. The successful candidate will manage their own pipeline activity through either managing a caseload of customers or new business objectives, predominantly over the phone / Microsoft teams but also email based as well. You will also follow up on warm leads from our sales inbox for new centre enquiries and general enquiries into the department, as well as working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to bring the right expertise. A key element of the role is also analysing trends and insights, to drive business decisions and continuous improvement.
