We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Sales Coordinator to join our innovative and fast-paced business on a permanent basis. You will have a 'can do' attitude who can hit the ground running and be a successful contributor to a rapidly growing company.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering second-to-none customer service to the customers, dealing with a wide range of day-to-day queries around orders, products and returns
  • Communicating clearly and working closely with your Sales Manager
  • Build and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are met
  • Handling customer calls and emails in relation to orders, delivery and general enquiries
  • Ordering processing and fulfillment for assigned customers
  • Processing customer returns

Requirements:
