Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Sales Assistant to join our team in Long Whatton. As a Customer Sales Assistant you will offer a knowledgeable, helpful, and professional service to our customers and undertake various different duties.

Job Responsibility

Greeting and serving customers on the yard and from the trade counter
Manual rack filling with timber and sheet materials
Serving Customers on the Trade Counter
Forklift duties as applicable to your individual skill set and development
Machining duties as your skill set develops
To provide a prompt, polite, helpful and professional service to customers in branch and always promoting a positive company image

Requirements

Ability to identify and locate products quickly and accurately
Ability to provide a courteous and professional approach to customers
Ability to self-motivate, organise, and execute tasks
Ability to work safely and cleanly
Good basic numerate and literate skills
