Customer Sales Advisor

• be the first point of contact for customers who call in for help with their Sky equipment
• represent and promote this well-known household brand
• making our customers aware of the Sky Protect product they can purchase
• build rapport with customers, get to know their individual needs and put their interests first
• use your sales and communication skills to upsell products

• 1 years continuous and targeted sales experience within the last 3 years
• A driven mindset with strong customer service and sales skills with a love for hitting targets
• Great communication skills - you're at ease building rapport, listening to customers and demonstrating empathy when needed

telesales or telemarketing experience
