We are recruiting for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Advisor to join a leading self-storage provider. This is a varied, customer-facing sales role where no two days are the same. You’ll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience while driving sales performance across multiple store locations. From handling enquiries to closing sales and supporting store operations, you’ll play a key role in the success of the business. Flexibility is essential, as you may be required to support different stores within the region depending on business needs.
Job Responsibility
Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and closing
Provide tailored storage solutions based on customer needs and circumstances
Manage enquiries via phone, email, and in person, ensuring a seamless sales journey
Maintain high standards within the store, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
Actively promote products and services, highlighting key benefits and value

Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards at all times

Requirements
Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
Customer-focused with a passion for delivering excellent service
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven
Flexible to travel and support multiple store locations across South / South-West London
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries
