Job Description:

We're proud to be partnering with a leading insurance company in Dartford to find a driven and customer-focused individual to join their expanding team. This is a warm customer support and sales role-no cold calling, just warm leads from customers who have already expressed interest in private health insurance.

Job Responsibility:

Calling customers who have requested a quote or renewal-no cold calls
Building rapport and understanding each customer's lifestyle and insurance needs
Recommending suitable policies and clearly explaining cover levels, pricing, and exclusions
Accurately inputting customer information into the system while maintaining a great conversation
Working towards achievable monthly targets in a supportive, team-based environment

Requirements:

Experience in a phone-based customer service or sales role
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Confidence working in a target-driven environment
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
