Job Description:

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy and customer-focused store operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service. The store is the operational heart of the business, and you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a consistently high level of service while helping the store achieve its financial targets.

Job Responsibility:

Handle sales enquiries over the phone and face-to-face
Advise customers on available services and maximise every sales opportunity
Contribute to achieving weekly, monthly and annual sales targets
Complete administrative tasks accurately and in line with company procedures
Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are always followed
Support bad debt control processes
Undertake lone working when required and act as key holder in management absence
Carry out physical store rounds and forklift duties where required

Requirements:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience as a customer sales adviser
Confident speaking with customers both in person and over the phone
Proactive, sales-driven mindset
Works well independently and within a small team
Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable following procedures
Takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
