This is a six months fixed term role. You'll be working from our Yeovil office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
Job Responsibility:
Support with the delivery of compliance and remedial programmes
Work closely with External Contract Managers and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of compliance programmes
Raise jobs
Assist with access issues
Handle invoice payments
Keep data up to date
Work in a team to ensure customers are safe in their homes
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers
Provide prompt responses to emails
Requirements:
Strong admin experience
Passion for spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, enthusiastic and solution focused attitude
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults
