Job Description:

This is a six months fixed term role in the Customer Safety team, supporting compliance and remedial programmes for a housing provider.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support with the delivery of compliance and remedial programmes
  • Work closely with External Contract Managers and contractors to ensure smooth delivery of compliance programmes
  • Raise jobs
  • Assist with access issues
  • Handle invoice payments
  • Keep data up to date
  • Work in a team to ensure customers are safe in their homes
  • Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Provide prompt responses to emails

Requirements:

  • Strong admin experience
  • Passion for spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and solution focused attitude
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults
