Manpower is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Resolutions Administrator to join the Customer Resolutions team at a large, well‑established automotive organisation based in Milton Keynes. This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working in a busy, customer‑focused environment. You will play a key role in supporting customers and the wider business by managing enquiries efficiently and accurately.
Job Responsibility:
Sort and manage customer enquiries received through shared email inboxes
Respond to ticketed customer emails, providing clear and timely resolutions
Escalate enquiries to relevant Customer Resolution handlers when required
Upload and log key information accurately onto internal databases
Provide administrative support and assist with ad‑hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience within a customer‑focused environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to manage workload effectively in a fast‑paced environment
A team‑focused approach with strong attention to detail
