Our client is looking for a Customer Research and Insight Manager. A leader in their field. This organisation is a well-established medium-sized company operating in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. They are committed to enhancing customer experiences through research and actionable insights. Based in West of Scotland, they focus on delivering excellence in customer service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute customer research strategies to gather actionable insights
