At Nationwide, a Customer Representative role is having the ability to best support our customers with our great services, across all our channels. From transactions on the till, allocated time handling inbound calls from customers, to supporting product applications through digital sales. Providing first class service in person, via phone and online.
Job Responsibility:
Support customers with services across all channels
Complete transactions on the till
Handle inbound calls from customers
Support product applications through digital sales
Provide first class service in person, via phone and online
Work on the counter completing transactions
Educate customers on digital services and easier ways to bank
Deal with customer queries through various channels including online and via the phone
Build knowledge to answer customer queries
Protect and look after customers
Work closely as a team
Requirements:
Ability to support customers across all channels
Comfortable using digital tools and applications
Must be within a 45 minute commute of the branch
Must be able to complete initial 3-week training without taking holiday
Demonstrated alignment with customer first behaviours: Feel what customers feel, Say it straight, Push for better, Get it done
