Artemest is looking for a motivated, organized and self-starter Customer Relationship Assistant.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work closely with the US Team providing support with the B2B clients' requests
  • Work closely with the B2B Presale Team in Milan with customers' assistance
  • Interact with suppliers to manage customers’ requests and negotiate the best solution for the company and its customers
  • Work closely with other departments (Logistics, Order Management and Tech) to ensure an excellent level of customer experience

Requirements:

  • Degree in languages or humanistic disciplines
  • Italian native, professional proficiency in English
  • Passion for Sales & Design
  • Exceptional problem solving and organizational skills
  • Able to manage relations and negotiations, with excellent communication skills
