Job Description

Are you a customer-focused superstar looking to join a dynamic international team? Based in Alphen aan den Rijn, this role is all about building and maintaining strong customer relationships. We are looking for a full-time customer service representative. You will start through Randstad, but will be able to sign a contract with the company in approximately 7 months.

Job Responsibility

  • build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • from quotes and order entry to contract review and account management
  • function as the liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely delivery
  • build lasting relationships, understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for growth
  • collaborate together with various departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • other European languages are a plus
  • ERP software proficiency
