We are looking for an empathetic and curious Customer Relationship Manager to be the voice of our users. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our product team. The insights you gather will directly influence the development of our next-generation, user-centric products.
Job Responsibility:
Engage directly with our users to understand how they use our products, what they love, and what we can improve
Share insights with the product team to help build better, user-loved products
Significant focus on professionalism and quality of service
Conduct 30–45 min interviews with existing customers (remote/virtual)
Ask thoughtful questions to uncover user journeys, pain points, and success stories
Identify key themes and actionable insights from user conversations
Work closely with the product team to share feedback for continuous improvement
Maintain user interview records and reports for leadership
Represent the voice of the customer in product discussions
Requirements:
Min. 0 to 2 years experience
Any Graduate with fluency in English speaking (must be comfortable communicating with US, UK, AUS & Canada customers)
Hands-on experience with Windows OS Environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
Empathy and active listening
Curiosity to ask the “why” behind user behavior
A strong focus on professionalism and providing high-quality service
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to ask thoughtful questions
