Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management or customer relationship roles within banking technology
  • Strong understanding of banking operations, digital transformation, or core banking systems
  • Track record of managing enterprise-level clients and senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities
  • UAE or GCC market experience
